How long did you have severe cramping after D&C?

I had my D&C Friday 11/13 ,and I'm still in so much pain at times I can't even move.  All I can do is ball up and rock back and forth.  I can't  get comfortable, go to work, or anything.  Is this normal?

Heating pad, it was my saving grace, if I was at home I was in bed or on the couch with the heating pad wrapped around my belly for at least two weeks. That's and acetaminophen and IB prophen back and forth between the two, it didn't do much and I usually don't take anything but I needed something.
