Missed miscarriage question

Firstly, I am deeply sorry for your loss and hope you don't find my question insensitive. I was just wondering if you still had pregnancy symptoms before you found out? 

It's a big fear of mine that when I have my 12 week scan (next week), they wont find a heartbeat. We had a scan when I was 7 weeks and we saw a heartbeat then. But I know things can change. I've explained my fears to my husband and he says 'well you're still feeling super sick all day and being sick every morning so that's a good sign surely?'. Which has prompted me to ask the wuestion about still having symptoms. Thanks in advance x
