Trying to conceive

I've been trying for a year...My man has some issues so he don't finish all the time...I been doing temp & kits for months...the kits always come up positive around dats 13-15...This month I took Clomid days 5-9 & had sex days 12, 14 & 15 & today which is day 19...But he didn't finish on 14 or today...My ov test came up positive yesterday & today & my temp has gone up from 97.1 yesterday to 97.5 today...I'm praying Sunday (day 15) was a good day...I'm just wondering if I had sex Sunday & ovulate today if it's even possible to get pregnant!  Has anyone had a similar experience
