Head circumference

So at my sons appointments each time I'm told his head circumference is too large. They've even scheduled him extra appointments to see if it would still keep getting larger and it has. Now at his 2 month check up they said his heads in the 100 percentile. They scheduled him an ultrasound to check his head. Now I'm extremely worried. Has any one else had this problem? What could it mean?
