Icing for pain?
I've been having horrible vaginal pain got tested not an infection it's just a lot of like nerve pain and soreness bettween my legs by my inner thighs and all of that 😟anyways I finally got so fed up last night that I grabbed an ice pack and stuck it bettween my legs it helped tremendously with the pain!! I'm assuming icing is safe? Anybody else use ice?
