My first child is 10 years old and my second child just turned a year. I was in a serious car wreck October 21st didnt know i was pregnant until at the ER thank God everything was okay. But now im roughly around 6 weeks haven't got my first ultrasound yet. Have had nausea like crazy.. day.. mid day night during the night no relief. My biggwst biggest issue right now is fighting depression ive had for a while. I haven't talked to my doctor about taken my meds which would help alot. My family isnt being very supportive in this pregnancy. . Their basically like oh your pregnant again huh? Im just lost no one seems happy. This has been far the most difficult pregnancy yet. Any advice
