Getting a bfp or bfn

Hey ladies. How long did it take y'all to be late on your af before your bfn turned into bfp? I'm 9 days late now and still showing bfn. Hoping I am just taking a little longer and will get my bfp in the next several days! Would like advice please on how long it took y'all!
