Can't sleep because Im so nervous :(

I am 10 weeks exactly today. I just woke up in the night and realized my breast tenderness is *suddenly* gone. This has been my most prominent symptoms since day 1. I know people say symptoms can come and go, but this was all at once. I went to bed with horribly sore and swollen breasts, and just woke up to no swelling or anything at all.

We heard a 168 heartbeat at 8 weeks and baby measured exactly 8 weeks that day. Can someone lend some reassurance? Or advice? I feel shakey I'm so worried. :(
