Honey listen to me. Don't smoke weed for your anxiety it'll make it far worse.  When you're high your anxiety may go away (although that's not certain either not everyone has the same reaction/high) however when you get sober again your anxiety WILL get worse. This is when you'll want more in order to surprise your anxiety even though it will continue to make it worse. And that is the beginning of an addiction. So please dear, if you want something to help you anxiety, talk to your doctor or a counselor they will have far more effective and safe remedies.

My doctor actually brought this up when I mentioned my anxiety. I told him it usually makes me MORE anxious and he said it either helps or it makes it worse, so really it could go either way. For me, it makes me so anxious I just want to sleep it off because it's not worth it. So I know not to do it anymore.

For me, it helped 100%. I will take marijuana over prescription drugs ANY day. It's changed my life in a good way. But yeah I agree with the others for some people it can make it worse. But u say it's worth a try!

It's possible that it can help you or hurt you. Sometimes it can make your anxiety worse. It's kind of like people telling you that milk is bad for you, milk is good for you, and milk is bad for you again. It's always back and forth. Some say it's been proved that it helps and other sources say no. In my opinion, it has helped me. One of my friends said it makes her feel terrible and she stopped smoking it. Everyone is different.
