Can't believe some people

So last night at about 2 am I heard a really loud vehicle then a smash then tired squealing and then the vehicle was gone. This morning when I was leaving for work I noticed the person hit two parked vehicles the cars front is pretty much half gone and the tire is almost bent off. I can't believe someone would just do that then drive off. I feel so sorry for my neighbours having to wake up and see their vehicles smashed. I will be going over after work and letting them know what I heard so they can tell the police. I wish I could have seen the vehicle but they tore off so quickly there was no chance of seeing it.
