Any helpful tips how you put yours in? And any cute piercings out there for tongue?

I have mine for over a year and I tried several times but I just can unscrew the stupid thing!.. How often is it supposed to be washed?

Put it in from the bottom to top. Make sure your hands are dry and your mouth isn't super wet so it's easier to screw on.
