What's your favorite brand? I was on Nature's Balance last month, but now I'm on Natures Bounty. I used to have a regular bowel every morning like clockwork, but for the last couple weeks it's like every 2-3 days. Haven't changed my diet or exercise, in fact exercising more. Could it be the vitamins?
