Is Tylenol pm safe ?

So I have a really bad migraine and I haven't been sleeping lately and I really want to sleep and get rid of the headache . I want to do it safely , is it ok ??

I got a pack of info from my OB during my first appt. It said that ANY tylenol product was safe during pregnancy if taken correctly.. I haven't read anything stating otherwise either.

The other ingredient in Tylenol pm besides acetimetaphine is the same thing that's in Benedryl. It is safe to use.

You can have Benadryl or Unisom - all the same thing actually. Not sure what the sleep ingredient is in Tylenol PM but you could check it against Benadryl

I would say just regular Tylenol not Tylenol pm that seems dangerous to me

Tylenol, but I was told not extra strength, but you can take 800 to 1000 mg every day and it safe. But I would also talk to your doctor about it.
