Excuse for I laws to not drink?

Ok, ladies I need help! Tomorrow night we will be hanging out with my in laws and they want us to drink with them. They don't know we're pregnant yet, so what would be a good excuse? Thanks!

Antibiotics is what I would use. Some antibiotics literally react with alcohol and will make you severely sick.
