Sinus problems?!

I've had major head aches and my nose is swollen, I though it was allergies but someone told me that it's common for pregnant women to experience sinus issues. Is that true?

I have felt like I have really bad allergies or a small cold for the last 5 months!  It's awful.  I can also smell EVERYTHING!  And for some reason Walmart makes my sinuses burn... Pregnancy is strange and this is my second.  😊

Mine are terrible.   Especially when I lay down to sleep.   If I get up to pee I can't go back to sleep because I can't breathe.   I had to take a benadryl last night and will probably take one tonight too.

Yes, it's true. It's also the time of year for upper respiratory infections and colds.

Yes! I had the only sinus infection of my life during my first pregnancy and I have already used my Nettie pot several times this time. I also have Sudafed pressure and pain ready at the first sign of a sinus headache. Both lifesavers! I'm 12 weeks, btw. :)
