Preterm labor (31 weeks 5 days)

Yesterday I was having Braxton hicks contractions while I was at work, with my job its hard to keep track and time them but I counted about 5 in an hour so I called my doctors office and they told me to go to labor and delivery right away. They hooked me up to the monitor and by laying down and realaxing I was able to stop the labor but my cervix is shortened a little and her head in right against it like she's ready to go, I'm having to take steroid shots to help her lungs mature in case she still comes too early 😥 I'm very worried right now
