What are some pregnancy symptoms?

Just curious as to what some of the very early signs of pregnancy are?

My first pregnancy nothing
My second pregnancy I had back pain, strong nausea for a minute or so then it disappears, face pimples and cramps

Sore/ swollen/ heavy / tingly breasts.
Food/ smell aversion and cravings.
Raised bbt. Cervix high, soft and closed.
Frequent need to urinate.
Metallic taste in mouth.

When I was pregnant I swore I was just about to start my period! Very crampy and sore boobs. Ended up with a bfp 4 days before my missed period!

The day I found out I was pregnant I woke up from sore boobs. Also I have a very tight/full sensation around the bottom of my stomach area

When I was pregnant with my first I didn't have any symptoms until after I found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks. Then I noticed I couldn't sleep on my stomach anymore it was uncomfortable, and I started getting nauseous, but before I found out I was pregnant I had severe bronchitis.
