Pain in right arm?

Before anyone implies a heart attack, I'm 19 and fairly healthy. I have a very "pins and needles" type feeling in it, and its more uncomfortable than painful. It kind of feels tight when I fold my arm up. I'm not sure if this is serious or not. Its very bothersome though. Please help!

Where does it hurt? Pregnancy induced carpal tunnel maybe? Pain from carpel tunnel can radiate up the arm and cause a "pins and needles" type feeling.

First off, they say heart attack pain is felt in the left arm so I will not be implying that lol. I have frequently gotten what you are describing. It's almost like my arm, from the shoulder down falls asleep and gets really heavy like. I get it in both arms though. It drives me crazy. I think it's normal because I've seen on here where other women were experiencing the same.

Could be a pinched nerve. I have a pinched nerve in my back and that's how it feels at times. Btw just because your young and healthy doesn't mean you can't have a heart attack.
