Could I be??

So I need help, I'm very nervous. My period was supposed to start and I thought it did, but it was very light..I was just spotting blood...like all I was wearing was a pantyliner then it went away for a day then I had sex with my significant other and then blood came after we finish having sex and now I'm back to discharge could this be pregnancy??? I usually have heavy periods and they last for a complete week
