Waist training doesn't actually have permanent results. You will see you've lost a few inches, but they come back if you don't keep using the corset, and you never lose any more without being unhealthy. They're basically corsets from the old days, where your inner organs can become misaligned, leading to you not being able to breathe or eat, and your heart eventually giving out, causing death. If not done moderately (which won't help you lost a lot of inches), it can be really bad. Best thing to do is eat well and exercise if you really want to lose weight.

Everything in moderation. Use it properly and listen to your body. If you're hurting or having an abnormal amount of trouble breathing loosen it up.

There's really no point in using it. You'll squeeze into a contraption, compressing your ribs, lungs, heart, not to mention your poor small intestine :( and you'll either A) stop wearing it eventually, which means the inch or so you lost will come right back (because it never really left in the first place) or B) keep wearing it continuing to compress your internal organs (which is REEEAAAALLY not good) and even potentially distorting your spine! 
Women stopped using these things for a reason girly! Take care of yourself and don't bother with those things! You could "use it in moderation" but what's the point? It's not actually going to make you lose fat around your waist, only push it somewhere else for it to go back where it was before you had that thing on. Don't waste (waist?) your time!

It's probably not a great plan if you're TTC. However, because of the design of modern corsets, it should be pretty safe. I would just ask your doctor before beginning to make sure you eliminate any risks. I'm not using mine right now, but it actually helps with some significant back problems that I have.

i think waist training is kind of self destructive in a way, its much healthier and satisfying going to the gym and getting killer curves that are actual muscle instead of trying to compress and distribute fat. there are going to be people who will refuse to beleive how bad it is for them but if they want to look that way so desperately, not our problem 💁🏼

It works😄 I've had amazing results and I haven't worn it in years. The girls who say it doesn't work just read bad reviews and never tried it.
