Helping me get Pregnant

What are some health tips that could help me get pregnant faster and easier? I've got endometriosis and I've had two surgeries in the past two years and one was very recent and they removed all the scare tissue, I've been tracking when I ovulate and I've been off bc for about 5 months now. I'm trying to conceive before my boyfriends birthday in February and time is ticking! HELP
