Pregnant with no symptoms??

Have any of you ever had a BFP with no pregnancy symptoms?? I right in the middle of my TWW and I'm obsessing as usual.

20 weeks here..no symptoms at all if it wasn't for my missed period, I would have never known..

I had zero symptoms with my son not even a missed period. I found out i was pregnant with him at 6 months when i was rushed to the hospital from a car wreak. And i had him at 8 months.

I had no symptoms and still have none. I only tested because my girlfriend told me she missed her period almost a month and I was mad she didn't test so becaue i was TTC in the past I had some stored away. I took one just for taking it sake thinking nah why would it be positive now when I stopped TTC almost 5 months now. Bam! A line came up vvfaint I was 11dpo next day I took another and low and behold it was positive. I'm almost 5 weeks and I still have no pregnancy symptoms. I had acid reflux before though and it just got a little worst now but that's about it. My boobs are normal I have no nauseous feeling no nothing. Wouldn't even know I was pregnant if I didnt test.
