Really? On all of my paperwork?

I had an abortion a few years ago. I am now in a much better situation and pregnant with a planned baby. I would love to show everyone my paperwork from the doctor but "pregnant, not first" is plastered all over it. Is that necessary?

It's very necessary because they are medical records and an abortion is a medically relavent procedure when it pertains to another pregnancy. Who do you planning on showing all of your medical documents to? I have never had a need/seen a reason to show mine to anybody but my doctors, and no doctors will judge you for your past medical history/procedures.

I'm almost 28 weeks pregnant with my second. However, I had a miscarriage before her...so technically this is my third pregnancy. It is a very important and relevant question and information pretaining to medical records. As sad as I am of losing a baby it is still all over my medical records that I had a miscarriage. I needed surgery as well so that too is important for medical professionals to know. I just filled out hospital registration paper work yesterday for my labor and delivery and I had to list the D&C as a prior surgery I had to have for my miscarriage, which is important information for anesthesiologists and other hospital staff to know.
