Started to leak clear fluid with white flecks

So I was watching a film with my so and I got a wet feeling in my knickers only a slight bit but I thought I would check, turns out it looked like water with white flecks in it nothing I've had before but only very a little amount, so I've just put a sanitary towel on to catch anything else to see if there is anything else, could this be my amniotic fluid leaking? I'm really uncertain I don't want to sound like an idiot but it is my first child and I haven't experienced it before, there was more but this is as soon as I could catch it I'm so nervous
