Discharge..

I had my second baby on sept 1, 2015. I planned on getting the iud but was told I needed to be on my period. My first period was October 20-24th well I was training to go back to work that week so didn't get to get to the dr for birth control. On October 28th I had sex and the condom broke so to be safe I got a plan b pill which I took the 30th. I started bleeding again nov 5-8th. But ever since I've had excessive discharge...what could this be!?! But it's not every day some days I'm fine..
