6w3d ultrasound

This journey has been rough. November 10th I got my bfp from an at home test but negative at ob office so I was sent for bloodwork. First 2 hcgs were 25 then 36. I then was tested every 2 days for a week and from 36 went to 84 to 180. Ob gave me a break and said get more bloodwork in a week, November 24th and do another u/s November 25. Hcg was 2,110 and u/s showed gestational sac and possibly a tiny yolk sac but the tech wasn't too sure about yolk sac. So now I have to go back on Dec 1st and I'll be 7w2d for another u/s. Anyone had something similar and end up being fine?
