Low hgc

So today I had some light bleeding when I wiped so I decided to go to the hospital. They did blood work and a transvaginal ultrasound. They said they think they see the start of something but can't be too sure and my hgc levels were pretty low for what I'm supposed to be according to my last period which is 6 weeks 2 days. I have to go back in 2 days for more blood work. I believe she said my hgc level was only like 100. Any else have this issue? I'm worrired. This is my third pregnancy. I carried full term with both pregnancies
