So when is "pain is pleasure" too much?

Ok so I'm in a relationship and pain is pleasure... And I seriously enjoy it but sometimes I am afraid maybe it is to far what do you guys think?!

I can get pretty edgy when it comes to pain, my SO is always worried that he's actually /really/ hurting me when really I could handle a hell of a lot more. It all depends, sometimes I can take more that other times so it varies from person to person and day to day.

Pain isn't pleasure when you wake up the next day are your lymph nodes are swollen & your throat hurts so bad because you got too into it last night😂 that's happened to me like 4 times.

When you are in so much pain, you can't think around it, then it's too much.

I like pain to the extreme there is no amount that is too much for me. That's when I hit subspace and enjoy it the most. When my mind shuts off!
