Safe sex... Or not?

Hi so I have been with my boyfriend for over a year now and we are sexually active. We don't use condoms and I have extremely irregular periods (like sometimes I won't get it for a good 5 or so months).. He's obviously really good at the pull out "method" but I still get worried. I'm not yet 18 and I don't know how to ask my mom for birth control? Am I at high risk for pregnancy or does my irregular period help with that? And how would I even go about asking my mom for the pills?

Condoms suck and don't feel good so I understand if you guys don't want to use them, tell your mom your period cramps are TERRIBLE just every period complain a lot eventually tell her you where doing research and birth control helps(: good luck

I'm not sure we're you're from but here in Australia you can go to a gp on your own and be prescribed your own birth control when you're 16

If you don't totally want to talk with your mom about it just get condoms because there's this thing call pre-ejaculation where semen could come out with boys of sperm and that could get you pregnant even if his pull out game is strong.

The best thing you can do is go to your doctor and get a prescription for birth control pills. When taken properly, the pill is almost 100% effective and it will regulate your periods to a strict 28 day cycle. If you don't feel comfortable talking to your mom about sex, tell her it's for your irregular periods. Nonetheless, honesty is usually the best option.

Of course it's very easy to go into a drug store and buy condoms. Just pulling out is not effective because pre-cum contains sperm. It's best to use 2 methods of birth control. This could be condoms and pulling out.

Go to a health unit and they will give you pills for free not telling your parents. You can also get a shot that lasts 3 months. I did this at 16/17.
