Heartbroken

I'm seriously heart broken right now I just got my ultrasound at 6w and they told me they can't find a fetal pull. I did blood work today and have to do it again I 2 days and they are going to give me another US in 2 days aswell. But they said in mostlikly going to mis carry I don't even know what to think right now. If things don't look better in 2 days I'm not going to be on this app for a while. This was my first time being pregnant ever.
