Preggo or no?

3 days ago and still now, my boobs got really sensitive but like REALLY sensitive, more than normal, and they  got bigger, my nipples got darker  (almost red wine color but not that dark) I also have back pain that started yesturday, I can't bend down without bending my knees or else I feel like my back will just block and I'll stay stuck like that, and it really fricking hurts. Also, I'm tired everyday, I've got mood swings, but I don't know if it's juste pms or if i'm preggo. I'm on the pill, never missed it (it only happened once that I took it later like 2 or 3 hours) my boyfriend and I don't use condoms. Please help me, I'm really worried 😖😖😖
