Positive opk on cd 14 but my cm is dry. Took clomid 5-9

Hi everyone! I have a positive opk today and i used the digital opk and got a solid smiley but my cm is so dry. I took clomid this cycle 5-9 for the first time. I usually have increase cm clear and stretchy like eggwhites when i'm ovulating before. Is it normal to have dry cm even on fertile day after taking the clomid?
