5wks and 5 days but do I look it?

Im 5 weeks and 5 days (apparently according to doctors) do I look the right size to be so early days? Im only 18 and found out I was pregnant last week after taking 11 pregnancy tests after not mentally believing I wasn't pregnant! This is my first child so please people who've had experience before tell me what to expect in my early stages and am I the right size for how far I am? Much appreciated, thank you!!
