Anybody else get hot quickly?

I just had a meltdown because my moms house was too hot. They had the Doors open instead of Ac. We live in south Texas so it was hot and humid with a tiny cool breeze! This was the only time I've ever stayed about 10 minutes and had to leave. I almost started crying bc I was so frustrated with the heat.
