Random spikes in heart rates
My normal resting heart rate is 85bpm... But ever since the 25th week in my 2nd tri (I'm 26+5 now), I've had these random spikes in my heart rate up to 107bpm... It lasts about 5-10 mins and at the same time I get soooo hot...
Gotta call my doc in a few minutes when I got o lunch, but anybody else experience this??
