Hemorrhage at 8 weeks

Yesterday I had to go to the er when I saw heavy brown discharge, there was no cramping, no vomiting but just the discharge. Turns out I have a hemorrhage in my uterus but baby is fine with normal hr of 171, has anyone had this issue? I'm really afraid I may miscarry
