Early twin symptoms??

Hi everyone. On 20th of Nov I had 2 frozen embryo transfer. In less than a week my hCg test showed positive (not because of shots). I have back pain, bloated, it seems I'm 3m  pregnant, period cramps and i run to the toilet every 5 minutes. No one believes that I have such strong symptoms so early. Can this mean I'm pregnant with twins? Has anyone had it?

Before I found out i was pregnant with twins, all my symptoms were very strong. I tried to speak with my friends and family who had already went through singleton pregnancies and they all were like "it's too early for all that!" All the tests I took were very positive even from the beginning. Twin pregnancies are definitely different than a singleton pregnancy. I'm already in maternity clothes at 8 weeks. I actually had no symptoms at all when I found out I was pregnant. When i had my first ultrasound and we found out it was twins I was so surprised because I hardly had any symptoms at all! It's different for everyone.

I always get symptoms of pregnancy right away. Even when I was surprised by pregnancy and not trying at all, I always had an inkling that I would be needing to buy a test soon.
