Freaking out a little bit

Hello fellow March mommies to be! I am 23 weeks and 4 days and I wanted to ask for some advice. Over this weekend I have been moving around a lot and not resting as much as I probably should. Last night and this morning I have had some light brown discharge when I use the restroom and I wipe. I apologize for the gross details. I am out of town so I haven't called my doctor yet. I don't feel any cramping and I have still felt the baby moving. I also haven't had heavy bleeding or any bleeding. What should I do? I'm kinda scared.
