Please advise !! 7 months ttc endo ? Pollip ? Hospital? Ahhhh

I am currently ttc baby number 2 we have been trying for 7 months now. Iv always had painful heavy period. And currently under the hospital I have a small polip and suspected endeometrisis. My doctor said he didn't want to do the test as it is invasive and we are ttc but you have a camra to look inside my womb to check out the pollip and that everythinh eles is ok. He said I can have the test but wouldn't advice it untill after we are not ttc. He said we should concive soon and 7 months is nothing. I got pregnant on the pill with baby number one 3 years ago so feel like there's somthing wrong now. Shoild I go for the test or not ???? What does anybody think. Thankyou!!!!!!!
