Lower abdominal pain

I'm 8 weeks 3 days and for the past few weeks I've experienced on and off lower abdominal pain. It feels tight and super uncomfortable. Not like cramping and I should note no bleeding either. Not sure if it's a combination of gas pain and my body changing as I've been constipated on and off as well. My doctor said nothing to worry about as long as I'm not cramping or bleeding but I'm just so uncomfortable! Anyone else experiencing this???
