Sore throat remedies?

I'm a little over 29 weeks and my throat just started bothering me this afternoon. Now, it's killing me every time I swallow and it feels swollen. I've been drinking lots of water and of course that's making me have to pee every 10 minutes. Not sure what I can do to ease the soreness... Any suggestions welcome!😞

Boil water (enough to fill a coffee mug) with some cinnamon sticks (I use 2) til the water is slightly brown. Poor into a mug and add however much honey and lemon you like. Works for me every time :)

I had a bad sore throat and my doctor said to buy robatussin CF or DM. I used it for 3 days and it's all better now.

Try hot water with a slice of lemon, ginger and a dash of honey, it worked a treat for me 😃

I tried honey and lemon didn't work...over the counter sore throat medicine useless I just stuck with mine until it finally left but I was so miserable

Do gargles of warm water and salt a few times a day. Or warm some honey n add a bit of limon.

Thanks everyone! Bought some decaf tea and honey and it seems to soothe the pain... Also been having hot cocoa and that helps too 😝 I feel a little better than yesterday, so I'm hoping it will be completely gone in a day or two.
