Helpppp ?

Question

Does anyone know much about PUPPPs ? I did some research but im still not sure about it. Im 30 weeks today and about 2 or 3 weeks ago i started getting this rash that feels like its in my stretch marks on my belly and now its all over my stomach. The itching is unbareable, literally nothing helps. I have an appointment on thursday but idk if this is something i should talk to my doctor about before then ?

Call your doctor! It's the most miserable horrible awful thing in the world! I used to wake up with blood under my fingernails and cry because the itching was so bad. I had such terrible stretch marks and I think it's because of ask the itching. Some doctors don't know what it is! At least in my existence when I had my daughter in early 2010. And others do and offer steroid creams. I wish I had gone to a different doctor right then it was so awful! I never ever ever want to experience something like that again. The only tiny bit of relief I had was mixing a bunch of different lotions and lavender oil and olive oil together and putting it on whenever it itched. Also benedryl helped but knocked me out immediately.

Idk about what you asked.... but my mom broke out with a rash on her tummy when she was preggo with me. The docs told her she was allergic to me. Meaning her hormones and my hormones clashed causing the rash. Sounds like this could be a possibility...???
