Anxiety?

I've had a rough couple of days when I found out via Facebook a guy I had been talking to (and also have feelings for) of a year and a half had gotten a girlfriend with out saying a word. I took the higher road and told him I was glad he was happy with her. In reality I felt physically sick and sometimes weak and light headed. I've lost 4lbs in about 5 days. I've also barely cried over the incident because of an overwhelming feeling everything is about to change for the for the good.
