Cramping

Hello mommies this is my fourth pregnancy third one ended in miscarriage. I have been high risk with my two other babies. This being my fourth pregnancy I have been cramping all day every day for two weeks now and no bleeding no morning sickness only awful heart burn. I was not like this with my other successful babies I hurt even when I sleep according to the app says I'm 7 weeks but it's going off from my miscarriage because I didn't have a period before since when my son was born which was 14 months ago
