Sweet scent?

Ok, so being a female we secrete fluid on a normal basis through our vag's. Totally normal (BUT) I have a sweet scent. Not the best scent of course not but, its sweet. Like a sugary kind of smell. And I've noticed days before my period starts, when I secrete a dark fluid, the smell is even stronger. Now does anyone else experience this?  It's not a bad smell but I'm just curious
