I don't understand. Picture.

I have endometriosis and 6 weeks ago I had a laparoscopy and laparotomy where he removed cysts and all of the endo scar tissue. The doctor said we have three months to conceive. We are on the first month and I'm 3 days from AF and have taken several tests with BFN.
Will this ever happen? I feel like I have a brand new pair of shiny ovaries ready to go and still nothing?!?
