10 days late

So I'm now 10 days late . My period is ALWAYS on time . Even when I had my daughter two years ago . On my expected cycle I tested in got a positive result . I've now taken 4 hpt which all came back negative . But after the time frame that the pregnancy test is supposed to be read I will see a vvvfl on every test. I'm calling my doctor tomorrow . Has this happened to anyone else ? Who has a regular cycle ?
