Feeling good. Help :(

I just feel so decent. I had all-day sickness for the past couple weeks but lately I've just been feeling normal. Now I'm 7.6 wks and I just don't even feel pregnant anymore. This is my 4th baby and you'd think I'd know what's normal or not by now but I just don't remember going from feeling awful to feeling fine this early in pregnancy.

I'm extra worried because my friend lost her baby at 8wks. Went in for US and they couldn't find a heartbeat. Turns out the day she was feeling better, was the day the baby had died.

Please reassure me!!
