New army wife

My husband and I were recently married and he was sent to basic training a week ago. I've never spent more than a week away from him so I'm always scared and sad and worried. If any of you military wives can give me any advice that would be amazing. I just have trouble relaxing and sleeping and eating and doing anything really because I'm constantly worried about him.
