Help!

I've had sex with my boyfriend multiple times and I've never cum. I first lost my virginity in September and I've been with my boyfriend for about a year now and I love him dearly but everytime we have sex he feels really bad because he can't pleasure me. I tell him it doesn't matter to me but I really have no experience and I'd like to know why I can't.
